To buy merchandise, records and/or CDs from one of our shops, it is necessary to register an account with us. It's easy as 1-2-3: Go to the Registration page by clicking on the registration button. Please fill in your personal details in the registration screen on the site and select a username and password, so that you can always login to your personal account from any computer in the world.
Or you can just order what you like and register after that! You can be sure that all information will remain confidential and not be made available to any third party. All information you entered will solely be used by Fine Night for ordering purposes and e-mail updates of one of our shops
How to buy?
To buy one of our products from one of our shops, please make sure that you have registered or logged in. Or register at the end of the buying process. After you have logged in, click on the symbol of the items you would like to order to place them in your shopping cart. You can always check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on "My Cart" and add extra copies or delete items from your cart. When you've finished your order, please verify your personal details, This way you can make sure that the address you entered is still correct and your order will arrive on the right place. Remember that you are responsible to keep these details up to date and the information you entered is used as your shipping address!
Ready? Click on the "Check Out" button and you will go to the last address check. After this click on: "Continue". Now, you will be transferred to our SECURE payment server to fill in your payment details. Now, click on "Close Window". Please click on Confirm Order, and your order has been accepted when the screen says "Continue". Write down the number, you will need it for any correspondence with us. Remember that you can always check your order status on-line by clicking on the "My Account" link.
Order Processing & Shipping
After you have submitted your order and after the payment has been approved, we will start processing your order. If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 6 business days (depending on the day you placed the order). You can always check the status of your order by clicking on the "My Account" link.
All orders from outside the Netherlands will be shipped by the POSTALS of that country. Or if you selected FEDEX, we will ship it with Fedex. Within the Netherlands all orders will be shipped by TNT Post and usually your order will arrive within 1-2 business days after it has been shipped.

- European Union memberstates: 3-5 business days. - Non European Union memberstates: 5-15 business days - FedEx: 1-3 business days
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products and the destination. The total charges for shipping are calculated at the moment you click a product in your basket. For an indication of the shipping charges of your country, please contact us.
Orders are usually shipped within 6 working days, depending on the availability of the product and the day the order is placed. Depending on the country of destination, it might take up to 21 working days before the order is delivered. In the event that an order shipped is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 1 month.
Fine Night cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during the shipment of the goods. However, if the product is damaged you can return it to Fine Night and we will replace it free of charge (depending on the availability of the product). Returning items to Fine Night is at your own cost and liability.
Prices and Currency
Since the 1st of January 2002 the Euro is the official currency in the Netherlands and other countries in Europe. All orders are charged in Euro and if your from any other country the amount will be converted to your local currency (ie US$, UK Pound, etc.) using the actual exchange rate for your currency. For your convenience you can choose the currency in which you want to see the prices on our website. Just select your currency from list. Please note that even though we try to keep this exchange rate as up-to-date as possible, the actual exchange rate your creditcard company is using might be slightly different. As fluctuations in the exchange rates are beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for any differences in the actual exchange rate to your local currency.

Is payment safe at Fine Night?
After you have placed your order at one of our shops you are transferred to the secure website of Bibit Payment Services. This company handles all payments for orders placed at Fine Night. When you reached the page where you fill in your payment details you will see a lock symbol in the bottom of your browser and when you click on this symbol you will see the security level. Technically it means that the SSL 3.0 protocol is used with a high encryption level of 128 bits. This is an almost unbreakable encryption level so that no one can see any payment details from you. Also no financial details are stored in our computers, which means that in the event our system is hacked they are not able to steal this information.
In order to avoid confusion due to the complexities of shipping outside the Netherlands, we calculate the total cost of the items you have selected and the corresponding international shipping charge before you place your order. All prices include Dutch sales tax (VAT or BTW) which is 19% at the moment. The VAT will automatically be deducted for all residents of non-European Union countries, only if the actual order is shipped to a country outside the European Union. Within the EU, the Dutch sales tax is always applicable. Outside the EU, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office or customs officials for more information.
Fine Night is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
Returns & Exchange
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning.You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
